Dinner and party will be on Saturday afternoon, but we booked the venue for the whole weekend to have more fun together. So you arrive on Friday evening and leave on Sunday. Accomodation costs are on us :)

The closest airport is Florence Peretola. There are regular flights from Basel, Zurich, Moscow. The closter is quite isolated from the city, so we can organize a shuttle to pick up everyone who will arrive by plane

Coming by car is probably the best idea, so you are not dependent on any transport schedule and can also visit super cute area around. There is enough parking place for everyone
